Lessons are taught in our lighted outdoor and indoor arenas. Pay a month at a time — no packages, no contracts.
45-minute private
One rider, one instructor.
Semi-private
Two riders at a similar level, per rider.
30-minute lesson
Shorter session — good for young riders.
Lessons are paid a month at a time. Pay with Venmo or by card (card payments include a 3% processing fee).
A note on rider weight: for the safety and well-being of our lesson horses, we have a rider weight limit of 190 lb. This reflects the size and age of our current lesson horses. If you have questions, just ask — we're happy to talk it through.

Anne's schedule is completely booked at the moment. Leave your details and she'll reach out personally as soon as a spot opens up. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
An indoor arena keeps us riding in most weather.
Summer sun, winter drizzle, or a surprise August storm: our large covered arena means your lesson isn't at the mercy of the forecast. On good days we ride outside in the lighted sand ring, with jumps set for riders who are ready.
Weather
We ride in most weather conditions. We may cancel when it's colder than 25°F or hotter than 100°F. If Brentsville cancels for weather, there's no charge.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full lesson fee.
Trail rides
From time to time we take enrolled riders out on trail rides. We are not a trail ride facility and don't offer trail rides to the public.
Rider application & release
Every rider needs a signed application and liability release before their first lesson.
